Cleaning
Floors in staircases and corridors shall be cleaned once a week.Tenants are responsible for cleaning the common room and the kitchen. To allow the cleaning service to do their work effectively, the staircases have to be cleared from bicycles etc. The fire brigade also requires these areas to be clear in order to ensure fast and smooth evacuations.

Laundry-room
A laundry-room is located in the basement and on the ground floor at Vallavägen 8. At Vallavägen 2-4 laundry-rooms are located on the first and the second floors. It is not necessary to book laundry time.
Fire
In case of fire, please call SOS Alarm at phonenumber 112.
There should be a fire detector in your room/apartment. If not, you have to report this to our customer service at 013-10 02 84 directly!
Refuse/garbage
Vallavägen 2-4: Refuse chutes for your household garbage are located outside. House where you can recycle for example paper, glass, cardboard may be found at the parking area.
Vallavägen 6-10: House where you can recycle for example paper, glass, cardboard, waste disposal may be found at the parking area.
Sauna
A sauna is available in the basement at Vallavägen 10 next to the pool, and at Vallavägen 4 for the tenants at Vallavägen 2-4. You may make reservations on the notice boards at the sauna.
Bicycles
There is a bicycle storage area located in the courtyard. Due to evacuation regulations, bicycles may not be left in front of the entrance, in the staircase, in corridors or other common space.
Messages and notices
To keep the entrance doors and the walls nice and clean, notice boards are available for your use.
Furnitures
If your furniture is ragged or broken, you call your area administrator.
Other information
It is not allowed to smoke in the common areas.
To prevent unauthorized people comes inside, do not put up gates and doors. Closed and locked doors reduces the risk of theft and vandalism.
