As Area Administrator (Områdesansvarig) I am the person you contact if you have any queries about your housing or your accommodation. I carry out continual supervision of the properties and take care of maintenance etc. I also make sure that any faults are corrected and I meet the tenants in all sorts of situations. All inspections of the accommodations are carried out by me when the tenants move in and when they move out. I also meet with the Student Council for the area. The tips and improvement suggestions I receive from them which are related to accommodation and the outdoor environment are, in many cases, a great help to me in my work. I arrange for the sub-contractors to do the cleaning, take care of the outer environment maintenance and see that any painting is carried out.
