Cleaning
Floors in staircases shall be cleaned once a week. To allow the cleaning service to do their work effectively, the staircases have to be cleared from bicycles etc. The fire brigade also requires these areas to be clear in order to ensure fast and smooth evacuations.

Laundry
You can book your laundry time on the board across the mailboxes. There is a laundry on floor two, three and four.
Fire
In case of fire, please call SOS Alarm at phonenumber 112.
There should be a fire detector in your room/apartment. If not, you have to report this to our customer service at 013-10 02 84 directly!
Refuse/garbage
Next to the car park you find a recycling house, where you can throw your household waste and garbage
Bags of household garbage should be stored inside the apartment, not in the corridor.
Sauna
A sauna is available at Tröskargatan 39. You may make reservations on the notice boards at the sauna.
Bicycles
There are bicycly storage areas located in outside common areas.
Messages and notices
To keep the entrance doors and the walls nice and clean, notice boards are available for your use.
Furniture
If your furniture is ragged or broken, you call your area administrator.
Other information
It is not allowed to smoke in the common areas.
To prevent unauthorized people comes inside, do not put up gates and doors. Closed and locked doors reduces the risk of theft and vandalism.
