Cleaning

Floors in staircases shall be cleaned once a week. To allow the cleaning service to do their work effectively, the staircases have to be cleared from bicycles etc. The fire brigade also requires these areas to be clear in order to ensure fast and smooth evacuations.

Laundry room

A laundry room is located on the ground floor in each apartment house.

Common room

A common room is situated on the ground floor in every apartment house except Tröskargatan 53, 55 and 59.

Refuse/garbage

Refuse chutes for your household garbage are located outside. Recycling containers for paper, plastic, glass and cardboard may be found between Tröskaregatan 53-55. Recycling containers for paper and cardboard in Tröskaregatan 39 and at Tröskaregatan 69.

Sauna

A sauna is available at Tröskargatan 39. You may make reservations on the notice boards at the sauna.

Bicycles

There are bicycle stands and bicycle storage area outside the apartment house. Due to evacuation regulations, bicycles may not be left in front of the entrance, in the staircase, in corridors or other common space.

Messages and notices

To keep the entrance doors and the walls nice and clean, notice boards are available for your use.
