As part of our continuous improvements, it is important for us to know what you think of our service and our accommodations.
Therefore, we have since 2001, measured how satisfied you customers is by making a customer survey. In March it is time for this year's survey.

We send the survey by e-mail to about 25% of our customers (about 1300 tenants). The survey is conducted simultaneously in Linköping, Lund, Uppsala, Stockholm and Gothenburg. We can therefore compare us with other student housing company in Sweden. The survey consists primarily of questions with fixed alternative answers, but there are also opportunities to give opening remarks.

We value your answers high, and we hope for such a large response rate as possible! The material from the investigation and comments we receive is used as the basis of Studentbostäders development and improvement. Many of the measures we implement in our areas are based on information from the surveys.

As our customer, you will get feedback of survey results and this will be in May, when the report is completed.

You who are English speakers are also able to respond to our customer survey, as it is in both Swedish and English.
So when the survey comes to you - please answer it! We need your input. And when you answer, you have also the chance to win an IPad and or movie tickets.
