The reason for this is to prevent people from drowning since there sometimes are kids playing in the area and pools often lack an official person in charge and that pools, full of water, have been left unattended. There is also an increased risk that nearby buildings may be damaged by the large amount of water in the pool.
We also have very high environmental goal and do not think it is motivated to use drinking water in pools.
We claim the right to demand economic compensation by those who does not follow this.
