Studentbostäder i Linköping AB are responsible for approximately 4000 temporary accommodations intended for use by students at Linköping University. Student accommodation is special as it is classed as temporary accommodation. This means that you rent your accommodation from Studentbostäder under the condition that you are studying and have achieved 11 credit points per term. As there are many students who need student accommodation it is important that only active students rent our accommodations. This is the reason for our accommodation assessments.
As a tenant you will be sent a number of letters with a questionnaire. We would like you to answer the questions and return this together with a certificate stating your study results.
If you have not already received a letter but are aware that you do not have the right to stay in the accommodation, as you have either completed your studies or not achieved the required study results, please contact us.
