Function Guarantee 

We guarantee comfortable accommodation and a high service level

We want our tenants to enjoy comfortable accommodation with quick and efficient service.

Therefore we guarantee to correct functional faults no later than the first working day after the fault has been reported.

When you call 013-10 02 84 to report a fault you must also state that you wish the Function Guarantee to apply. This will be noted by the person to whom you have reported the fault and the problem will be dealt with immediately. If the fault is not corrected before the end of the next working day, please contact us.
