Guest rooms 

Guest rooms are available for rent on:

  • Alsättersgatan 17 (Ryd)
  • Vallavägen 10 (Irrblosset)
  • Västra Vägen 10 (Fjärilen)
  • Drabantgatan 22 B and 24 A (T1)

These rooms are primarily available to the tenants of Studentbostäder i Linköping AB. 
Pets are prohibited in all of the rooms.

Ryd:

There are 4 guest rooms with accommodation for two in each. Every room is equipped with its own toilet, shower and a small kitchen with basic equipment.

Each room has its own parking space which is located in the parking area outside the building. There are bus connections from Ryd to Linköping city and the travel centre (Resecentrum).

Irrblosset:

The guest room in Irrblosset has accommodation for 4 people. There is one set of bunk beds and a bed sofa. The room has a toilet, shower and a small kitchen with basic equipment. Guests may park their cars in the guest parking area, if space is available. A parking permit is obtained from Studentbostäder’s office in Ryd. 

Fjärilen:

The guest room in Fjärilen has accommodation for 2 people. The room is equipped with the toilet, shower and a small kitchen with basic equipment. The guest room is within walking distance of the city centre. Guests may park their cars in the guest parking area, if space is available. A parking permit is obtained from Studentbostäder’s office in Ryd.

T1:

The T1 has two guest rooms in walking distance to downtown Linköping. The rooms have toilet, shower and a kitchenette with the necessary equipment.
One of the rooms are available at Drabantgatan 22 and has two beds.
The other room on Drabantgatan 24 and has one bed and a sofa bed.
Parking facilities are on a visit in the parking availability. A parking permit is obtained from Studentbostäder’s office in Ryd. 

Prices:

SEK 250 per night Monday to Thursday
SEK 400 per weekend
The weekend is from after 12.00 on Friday until 10.00 on Monday.
You can borrow bedding and towels at a cost of SEK 50. Please note that we only have a number set!

Cleaning:

Every guest is responsible for cleaning the guest room after use and return the keys to Studentbostäders office in Ryd. If the guest is not cleaning, we will charge SEK 450.

The key can be collected and returned to Studentbostäders office on Mårdtorpsgatan 25. The key can be collected after 12.00 on the day of arrival and returned no later than 10.00 on the departure day. Our office is open Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00.
