Cleaning and some removal tips before you move

Clean the apartment/room thoroughly. The apartment/room must be in good condition when you move out, and we request that you be thorough. Read through the checklist you received from us.
Bear in mind that it will take much longer than you think to clean properly. If the accommodation has not been properly cleaned, we will charge you for the cost of bringing in cleaners. If you don’t have time to clean, book a cleaning company yourself. It’s cheaper that way!

Tips and advice before you move out

Be as thorough as possible. If the apartment/room is not properly cleaned we´ll have to charge you extra.
Make sure all your windows and doors are closed before you leave.
You can collect a parking permit from our office for using during your move.
Arrange for your mail to be redirected to your new address. Within Sweden use www.adressandring.se
Arrange for your telephone subscription to be redirected.
Give notice to your inscurance company of your new address.
PLEASE NOTE! If you are moving from Tröskaregatan 10 or 12 you also need to give notice to your electricity subscription.
