Floors in staircases and corridors shall be cleaned once a week. To allow the cleaning service to do their work effectively, the staircases have to be cleared from bicycles etc. The fire brigade also requires these areas to be clear in order to ensure fast and smooth evacuations.

Laundry room
The laundry rooms are located in the basement at Björnkärrsgatan 13 and in a detached building by the parking lot at Björnkärrsgatan 1 and 7. It is not necessary to book laundry time.
Fire
In case of fire, please call SOS Alarm at phonenumber 112.
There should be a fire detector in your room/apartment. If not, you have to report this to our customer service at 013-10 02 84 directly!
Refuse/garbage
Refuse chutes for your household garbage are located in the staircases. Houses where you can recycle paper, glass and cardboards, may be found at Björnkärrsgatan 15 and at the parking area on Björnkärrsgtan 1. Once a month there are containers for bulky refuse at Björnkärrrsgatan 3, look at the notice at the entrance.

You can book and get the key or tag at our office. Our office is open Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00. Please note that you have to pick up the key the weekday before, if you have your booking on a Saturday or Sunday. You are responsible for cleaning the sauna with space after use.
Table tennis
You can play table tennis (ping pong) in the basement at Björnkärrsgatan 12 for free. You can book and get the tag at our office. Please note that you have to pick up the key the weekday before, if you have your booking on a Saturday or Sunday.
Bicycles
There are bicycle stands outside the apartment house and bicycle storage area behind Björnkärrsgatan 1, 5, 7, 9, 13 and 15.
You can rent a storage room at Björnkärrsgatan 12. Contact us if you are interested.
Due to evacuation regulations, bicycles may not be left in front of the entrance, in the staircase, in corridors or other common space.
Furnitures
If your furnitures are broken or if you missing any furniture, you have to contact your area administrator.
Messages and notices
To keep the entrance doors and the walls nice and clean, notice boards are available for your use.
