Cleaning
Staircases, corridors and common areas will be cleaned once a week. Cleaning of the common kitchens is the responsibility of the tenants. Cleaning staff will clean cleared floors so make sure you move sofas and other furniture every once in a while to ensure that the area is cleaned.
Home insurance
Burglary, fire, floods and other accidents can happen to anyone. In such case it´s important to be insured. Home insurance also covers liability for damage you case to the property. Our partnership with Östgöta Brandstodsbolag offers you an affordable home insurance option.

Laundry
To find out where you can do your laundry, click on "Laundry room" in the menu to the left.
Fire
In case of fire, please call SOS Alarm at phonenumber 112.
There should be a fire detector in your room/apartment. If not, you have to report this to our customer service at 013-10 02 84 directly!
Refuse/garbage
Refuse chute is located in the staircase. Recycling containers for cardbord and glass may be found in the parking garage area.
Glass recycling is located at Rydsvägen 246 and 262. Cardboard boxes and corrugated cardboards is recycled at Rydsvägen 262. Newspapers and wastepaper can be recycled at Rydsvägen 250, 258, 262 and Alsättersgatan 15.

You can book a sauna (for free) at:

You can book and get the key or tag at our office. Our office is open Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00. Please note that you have to pick up the key the weekday before, if you have your booking on a Saturday or Sunday. You are responsible for cleaning the sauna with space after use.
Table tennis
You can play table tennis (ping pong) in the basement at Björnkärrsgatan 12 for free. You can book and get the tag at our office. Please note that you have to pick up the key the weekday before, if you have your booking on a Saturday or Sunday.
Bicycles
You can rent a storage room at Björnkärrsgatan 12. Contact us if you are interested.
Furnitures
If your furnitures are broken or if you missing any furniture, you have to contact your area administrator.
Messages and notices
To keep the entrance doors and the walls nice and clean, notice boards are available for your use.
Other information
It is not allowed to smoke in the common areas.
To prevent unauthorized people comes inside, do not put up gates and doors. Closed and locked doors reduces the risk of theft and vandalism.
