Cleaning
The staircases and laundry rooms are cleaned once a week.
To allow the cleaning service to do their work effectively, the staircases have to be cleared from bicycles etc. The fire brigade also requires these areas to be clear in order to ensure fast and smooth evacuations.
Home insurance
Burglary, fire, floods and other accidents can happen to anyone. In such case it´s important to be insured. There fore you should take out a home insurance. Home insurance also covers liability for damage you case to the property.
Laundry-room
A laundry-room is located on the ground floor in each apartment house, except at Drabantgatan 26 A and 26. Laundry time can not be booked.
Fire
In case of fire, please call SOS Alarm at phonenumber 112.
There should be a fire detector in your room/apartment. If not, you have to report this to our customer service at 013-10 02 84 directly!
Refuse/garbage
Refuse chutes are located outside and a recycling room is next to Drabantgatan 26 (at the parking lot). You can throw newspaper, cardboard, glass, rigid plastic, aluminum and other metal, bulbs, small batteries and small electronic waste.
Sauna
A sauna is available at Drabantgatan 26 D. To book the sauna, use the calender outside the sauna.
Bicycles
Bicycles should be parked in personal bicycle stands located at the inner courtyard. They are marked with the same number as your own apartment.
Due to evacuation regulations, bicycles may not be left in front of the entrance, in the staircase, in corridors or other common space.
Messages and notices
To keep the entrance doors and the walls nice and clean, notice boards are available for your use.
Storeroom
Every apartment has a storeroom in the red houses in the backyard. The storeroom is marked with the same number as your apartment.
Study room
If you want to study together with your colleagues, there is a study room at Drabantgatan 22 A, 22 C and 22 E and 24 C, 26 A and 26 B.
You may make reservations on a calendar provided just outside each study room.
Other information
It is not allowed to smoke in the common areas.
To prevent unauthorized people comes inside, do not put up gates and doors. Closed and locked doors reduces the risk of theft and vandalism.
