Offer
Once the publication period is accommodation will be allocated according to the number of queue points. If you already received an offer of accommodation you cannot receive a second offer so the next person in the queue will receive be offered the accommoadtion.
Having received an offer the applicant will normally be given four days to accept or refuse the accommodation. If you have not replied within four days of the offer being made, this will be taken as a refusal. At the time the offer is made you will also be given contact details to the existing tenant in order to arrange for a viewing of the accommodation.
Acceptance of offer
If you accept the offer of accommodation a rental agreement will be sent. There will be two copies of this rental agreement, both must be signed by and returned to Studentbostäder together with a copy of a current student identification card or a copy of the letter of acceptance from the University. If you accept the offer of accommodation but regrets this, it will be counted as valid even if it was given orally. This means you may receive a demand for rental charges. Therefore you must immediately contact Studentbostäder if you no longer wish to take the offered accommodation.
