Uncleaned accommodation 

The outgoing tenant is responsible for seeing that the apartment is clean on the day you will be moving in. If the apartment has not been cleaned satisfactorily you do not have to accept the apartment. 

If the apartment has not been cleaned satisfactorily by the time you move in on the first day of the contract, please contact us and we will inspect the apartment. If we also find the apartment has not been cleaned satisfactorily we will contact a cleaning company and the outgoing tenant will pay the extra cost. If you want to have a cleaning inspection please contact us the same day as you collect the keys and before you move in. 

If you choose to move into the apartment earlier than the date specified on the contract you also accept the state in which the apartment has been left.
