Studentbostäder is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AB Stångåstaden. The aim of the 10 people working at Studentbostäder is to see that our tenants receive a good level of service and a pleasant home. Studentbostäder is actively involved in developing student accommodations and the organisation participates in the Svenska Studentbostadsföreningen – The Swedish Student Accommodation Association.
Customer Service
We are five people who work with everything relating to your accommodation. If you would like to meet us we are available at the Studentbostäder Office not far from Ryd Centre. You can also contact us via telephone and e-mail. We will help you with any queries you have to do with, for example, renting accommodation, subletting, giving notice.
Area Administrators
Studentbostäder has four area administrators who are the contact link between the tenant and the accommodation associations in each housing area. They are responsible for all accommodation inspections that are carried out when tenants move out and move in. They are also involved in developing the housing environment.
Management
We are two who work with management issues at Studentbostäder. Our main tasks are to see that day to day operations work smoothly and we are also involved in company procurements, information, strategic planning etc. An important part of our work involves contact with the housing associations, the students tenant association and also Linköping University.
Telephone exchange and customer centre
When you phone our telephone exchange or the customer centre – they help you when you need to report a fault – the call will be answered by AB Stångåstaden. Therefore when they ask who you are a tenant with, Studentbostäder or Stångåstaden it is so they can connect you to the correct person who can answer your queries or help you with any other housing problems.
