Your username is your Swedish social security number, in the format YYMMDDNNNN

If you don’t have a Swedish social security number your username starts with P followed by Year, Month, Day and a checknumber given to you by us. It has the format PYYMMDDX .

If you register with a p-number and now have a Swedish social security number, you contact us to change it.

Your account will automatically unlock again after 30 minutes and then you can try logging in again. If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgotten password?”.

Click “Forgotten password?” and then you can choose to be emailed a new password or reset it with your BankID.

If there is more people than the tenant who want to log in to my pages, the tenant can choose to activate guest users. The guest user have access to fault report and bookings on My Pages or in the app. In order to use the function, it first needs to be activaed by the tenant on My pages.

If you are a customer with us today, we need your personal information to be able to fulfill our work. However, you have several rights that you can use, including the right to access your data, the right to change incorrect information and the right to object to our processing of the data. If you are not a customer with us today, but only stand in the queue, you can log in and change your information yourself. If you want to be removed completely, you can email our data protection coordinator at dataskydd@stangastaden.se or send a physical letter to us.
