The agreement means that the rent for a corridor room will increse with 67 SEK and an studio/apartment with 2,1%. The new rent level covers higher costs for electricity, water and waste disposal. It also ensures that we can continue our high level of maintenance of our properties and outside areas. We can also continue investing in energy saving projects and common areas such as study rooms.
