For any other questions, kindly contact us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Picking up the keys from the outgoing tenant before the move-in date<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you choose to collect the keys from the outgoing tenant and move in before your lease has officially started, the following applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you collect the keys before the move-in date and move in early, you will not be able to make any complaints about the cleaning. This is simply because you do not yet have a valid agreement with us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you move in during a weekend or on a day when we are not open, it\u2019s possible to receive a key from the tenant who is moving out. The other key must be collected at St\u00e5ng\u00e5staden\u2019s office (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/St%C3%A5ng%C3%A5staden\/@58.4226401,15.6129254,15z\/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x46596f33f72237bd:0xb10b23f823cc0526!8m2!3d58.4220339!4d15.6161779!16s%2Fg%2F11c1tz9w69?entry=ttu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tornbyv\u00e4gen 1 F<\/a>) so that we can confirm the presence of all original keys. Please remember to bring the key given to you by the outgoing tenant so that we can compare both keys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it turns out that the key you receive directly is a copy, you will be responsible for covering the relatively costly lock replacement. Therefore, it may be safest to request the previous tenant to return both keys to us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Picking up the keys after the move-in date<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, it\u2019s possible to pick up the keys at a later time if you wish. In that case, the following applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The keys are to be collected at St\u00e5ng\u00e5staden\u2019s office (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/St%C3%A5ng%C3%A5staden\/@58.4226401,15.6129254,15z\/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x46596f33f72237bd:0xb10b23f823cc0526!8m2!3d58.4220339!4d15.6161779!16s%2Fg%2F11c1tz9w69?entry=ttu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tornbyv\u00e4gen 1 F<\/a>) during regular opening hours. If you send someone else to pick up your keys, that person must bring their own identification and a power of attorney from you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend that you visit your new home around the move-in date, even if you plan to move in properly later.
