Fire safety<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

We take a systematic approach to fire safety at our properties. All fire protection equipment is regularly checked according to an inspection programme designed specifically for us by the Swedish Fire Protection Association. The mission of the safety patrol includes, among other things, checking that stairwells, basements and attics are free of combustible materials or obstacles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep stairwells and access balconies clear<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Stairwells and access balconies are designated escape routes and must always be kept clear. According to the law, no flammable items may be stored in these areas. This includes shoes, garbage bags, cardboard boxes, or any other objects placed outside apartment doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of a fire, a stairwell can quickly fill with smoke sometimes within just a few minutes. The stairwell or access balcony is your primary escape route if a fire breaks out in your apartment, and it is also the Fire and Rescue Service\u2019s access point to save lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objects left in these areas can block evacuation routes and increase the risk of fire spreading.
For your safety and the safety of others, always keep stairwells and access balconies completely free of items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
