The time you sublet is included in your total residence time. You can rent out your home for a maximum of two years. The subletting tenant has no right to take over your contract after the subletting has ended. You can apply for subletting when you have logged in to My Pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The following rules apply to subletting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The tenant you wish to sublet your home to must be a student at Link\u00f6ping University<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can rent out your home for a total of 2 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The subletting lasts a maximum of six months, after which a new application is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of cohabitation, you can rent out your home maximum one year. You submit an application for subletting for 6 months at a time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The time for subletting is included in the time for the total residence time of five years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is you as our tenant who also during the subletting, is responsible for all obligations to Studentbost\u00e4der i Link\u00f6ping AB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend the first tenant and their tenant to sign a contract between eachother.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In order for a subletting application to be approved, the following certificate is required:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For studies abroad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Verifiable study certificate&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of a study break from Link\u00f6ping University or a certificate of studies abroad.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An excerpt from Ladok showing that the education at Link\u00f6ping university has not been completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For studies abroad, a witnessed Power of attorney must also be submitted together with the application. You can find the Power of attorney on My Pages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificates showing that the student subletting the home is a student at Link\u00f6ping university.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you are planning on working abroad\/in a different city.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Employee contract from your employer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of a study break from Link\u00f6ping university.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An excerpt from Ladok showing that the education at Link\u00f6ping university has not been completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For studies abroad, a witnessed Power of attorney must also be submitted together with the application.
