As a tenant, you have the responsibility to solve certain problems on your own. Here we have gathered the most common problems that can arise for you as a tenant and explain how to proceed to solve the problem. If you can not solve the problem yourself with the help of the guides below, you will find <a href=\"\/?page_id=109\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"109\">Fault report on My Pages<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What can I report? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General in the home<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-accordion mb-10\">\n\n    <div class=\"accordion\">\n        \n                                <div x-data=\"{ isOpen: false }\" class=\"mb-8\">\n                <button class=\"accordionhead\" id=\"btn-accordion-block_775d283c62e348f21d4698c93d305935-0\" aria-controls=\"accordion-block_775d283c62e348f21d4698c93d305935-0\" :aria-expanded=\"isOpen ? A cold\u00a0radiator does not have to mean that there is something wrong, it is the temperature in the room that is important.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Are there furniture, such as a couch or bed, close to the radiator\u00a0that can prevent the heat from the element from spreading? If so, move the furniture so that they stand a few decimeters away from the radiator.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Do thick curtains cover the thermostat? This may trap the heat and cause the thermostat to feel higher temperature than the room has and the radiator\u00a0may therefore strike.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Are the window ventilators closed? Open them! The air quality will be better. If you close the window ventilators, the air will enter the home anyway; through mailboxes, windows and doors. It can also lead to other things entering the room, like cooking fumes and cigarette smoke, etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Finally, turn the thermostat knob back and forth at least ten times. Why? If it takes more than 12 monutes before the water bois, you can report a fault, then inform us that you have tried this.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We need to know the model, product and serial number in your fault report. Sometimes the label is on the outside of the stove, which means that you have to pull out the stove about 15 cms. You can also choose to attach a picture of the label.
