The student area Flamman is growing with brand-new student apartments, and the leasing period is starting soon. Take a look at what one of the apartments looks like!

The classic student area Flamman is currently undergoing a major transformation. Corridors and apartments are getting a facelift, and on top of that we have built completely new apartments. On March 24, leasing starts for our newly built student apartments.

A place of your own – right in the heart of student life

The new apartments are designed for those who want a modern and convenient student life. In total, we have built 187 new apartments in various sizes – from smart studios of 25–32 square meters to larger one- and two-bedroom apartments. Step inside one of our apartments.

The studios are between 25–32 square meters and feature light grey walls and linoleum flooring.

The bathrooms have tiled floors with white tiled walls. There is also a combined washer-dryer that handles both washing and drying.

Each apartment includes a space that you can choose to use as a study corner or for additional storage.

The kitchen area has grey cabinet doors. The larger apartments also include a dishwasher.

More than just an apartment

The building also offers shared spaces that you can use as a resident. There is, among other things, a large study room where you can study with friends. The room also has a fully equipped kitchen, so once you’re done studying, it can be used for dinners as well. In addition, you’ll have access to a large shared outdoor terrace. The area also includes a table tennis room and a sauna. Garage parking is available to rent in the area, and of course there are bike storage rooms.
