

Internet and TV
We include both basic digital TV channels and Internet in the rent. Simply plug your TV and computer into the outlets in your home, and you will get direct access to a wide range of TV channels and 250/250 Mbit broadband.
Broadband
The broadband is provided by Telia with a standard speed of up to 250/250 Mbps. All you have to do is plug your computer into the broadband outlet and you can then start surfing right away. If you want a wireless connection, you need to obtain and install your own router.
How to get started
- Plug in a network cable into the broadband outlet on the wall. Most outlets have two ports, but only one is active.
- Connect the other end of the network cable to your router in the port labeled WAN, Internet, or with the symbol of a globe.
- Start your router and ensure you complete the initial setup if it’s brand new, or you won’t have internet access. If your router already has a password, you can find it on the underside or back of the router.
- Once you’ve completed the initial setup and chosen a password for your wireless network, you can start browsing. If you already have the network name and password for your router, simply connect using that information and start browsing right away.

TV channels
The digital TV package is provided by Tele2 and includes the channels SVT1, SVT2, SVT24/Children’s Channel, Knowledge Channel, TV3, Channel 5, TV6, TV8, Channel 9, Channel 11 and ATG live.
Connect an antenna cable between the wall outlet and your TV. Modern TVs often have built-in digital receivers and can decode and display digital channels after a digital channel search. If your TV cannot do this, you will need to get a digital box or TV module.

FAQ
Ensure that you have completed the initial setup. During the installation process, it is common today to be prompted to choose a password for your wireless network. If you haven’t done so, the router will not connect to the internet.

It could be some cable, connection, or other hardware that is faulty and affecting your connection. If you make a fault report, we will send out a technician who will troubleshoot and address any potential issues.
