About Stångåstaden Studentbostäder
Studentbostäder is a district within Stångåstaden, responsible for approximately 4,100 student apartments located near Linköping University. Our mission is to make your student life safe, comfortable, and convenient – with housing tailored to student needs.
Our team consists of dedicated staff who support you with everything from rentals and inspections to terminations. You’ll meet us as contact persons, customer service representatives, and property managers – both digitally and in our residential areas.
Studentbostäder is an active player in student life and works closely with tenant associations, Kårservice, and Linköping University to continuously improve student housing in the city. We also collaborate with other student housing providers in Sweden, primarily through our industry organization, Studentbostadsföretagen.
Environmental policy
In active partnership with all our customers and partners, Studentbostäder i Linköping AB shall contribute to sustainable development in the long term and the creation of safe and healthy living environments. We are committed to preventing environmental problems and constantly reducing our negative environmental impact, for example through more efficient use of energy and materials and by choosing eco-aware products. Environmental considerations are to be included in all applicable decisions and consideration for the environment is to be ingrained in every part of the business. Statutory environmental requirements constitute a minimum standard. We aim to be known for our active environmental work and for offering our customers healthy and eco-aware accommodation. We are certified according to environmental management system ISO 14001.
