At Studentbostäder, we work to ensure that our tenants always receive good service and enjoy their residences. 

Our Customer Managers help with rentals, keys, and moving in and out of the residences. Out in the various housing areas, customer managers work to maintain the residential environment and conduct inspections in connection with tenants moving out. Together with our parent company, Stångåstaden, we develop properties and neighbourhoods in order to promote Linköping’s development.
