Welcome to Flamman
In the Flamman neighborhood, we offer nearly 250 student homes, including apartments as well as furnished and unfurnished corridor rooms. As a resident, you can easily book a sauna, table tennis room, and study rooms via our app. Student life is at the heart of Flamman, and the local pub is a natural meeting place.
Flamman is located in the Gottfridsberg district, and from here it’s roughly the same distance to Campus Valla, the Health University, and Linköping city centre. Nearby you’ll find green spaces, and just a short walk away is Rydskogen, with running trails, an outdoor gym, a disc golf course, and football fields.
Classic student living
Flamman is currently undergoing a major renovation. Once completed, the area will consist of 450 student homes, of which 187 are newly built apartments. The existing homes are being renovated, and out of 263 homes, 59 will be corridor rooms. The first newly renovated corridors and apartments are already ready for move-in, and you can now rent our new apartments.
New apartments available
New apartments are now available in Flamman. Most are studios between 20–32 square meters, featuring a kitchenette and a bathroom with a combined washer-dryer. There are also a few larger one- and two-bedroom apartments available.
The newly built building also includes a large study room with a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, residents have access to a spacious shared outdoor terrace.
