Hotel rooms with Scandic Linköping

As part of an extended offer, you, as a customer of Studentbostäder, can book rooms at Scandic hotels in Linköping at a discounted price. The prices listed are a specified maximum price; if there is a lower price in Scandic’s flexible category on their website, that price will apply with an additional 3% discount. All rooms can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before arrival.

Prices

  • 950 SEK for an Economy single room at Scandic City or Scandic Frimurarhotellet.
  • 1050 SEK for a Standard single room at all Scandic hotels in Linköping.
  • 200 SEK for a double room supplement.

Guestroom

If you have visitors or family coming over, you can book one of our four guest rooms located in Ryd. The rooms accommodate two people and come with a small kitchenette equipped with essentials for your stay, as well as a bathroom with a shower. You can make a reservation through the booking feature in the app or on My Pages.

The cost to rent the room is 400 SEK/day. The easiest way to pay is via Swish using the provided QR code:

The QR code is also available in the guest room, and it’s possible to pay on-site. Please make sure to mark the payment with your address and apartment number. If you don’t pay with Swish, we’ll send you an invoice for the amount plus a 50 SEK administrative fee after your stay.

Your booking is valid from 12:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. You can cancel the room reservation through My Pages up to 24 hours before the booking starts. After that, you’ll need to call or chat with us. Rooms that are not canceled will be fully charged.

You can book a maximum of seven days at a time and seven days per month.

The rooms are equipped with cleaning supplies and toilet paper to facilitate your stay. Guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels.

Please leave the room cleaned according to the following points:

  • Quickly vacuum the room
  • Check the floors and mop if necessary
  • Ensure the bathroom is sparkling clean
  • Check that everything is in order in the kitchenette
  • Wipe down all surfaces
  • Double-check that you’ve taken all your belongings
  • Dispose of trash

If you encounter any issues in the guest room, contact us via phone or chat during office hours. For emergencies outside of office hours, our emergency service will assist you. We welcome suggestions or reports of minor issues via email.
